On June 4, 2008, Governor Bill Ritter signed the Colorado Public Health Act requiring a restructuring of Colorado's public health system and to collaboratively develop a public health improvement plan.  The primary purpose of the Act is to assure that core public health services are available to every Coloradan with consistent standards of quality.  On this page, you will find resources for the implementation of the Public Health Act of 2008, including summaries and guidelines from CDPHE and the Office of Planning & Partnerships.
